JR. SOUS CHEF Latin Americans

Salary Offered: 8000 AED, tips, duty meal, insurance, accommodation, transportation, annual flight ticket.

Gender: Male Candidate, 1 position.

Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen working closely with the senior chefs to execute.
  2. Maintain a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control, and minimal wastage.
  3. Assist senior chefs where required in recipe and dish development.
  4. Keep organized and maintain high standards of a Michelin-starred kitchen.
  5. Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards.
  6. Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen and in the dining room.
  7. Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the Management Team.
