Role Description:

The role involves supervising and assisting the Project Engineer in executing work within the specified time, productivity, quality, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications and drawings. Effective communication of drawing details to site supervisory staff is essential to ensure understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in introducing new construction methods, equipment, and machinery to improve project efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Electrical Manager, Project Manager, and Site Supervisors to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment allocation.
• Ensure timely submission of site forms, including material delivery notes, Master Labor Cards, Daily Activity Reports, and other required documentation for project control, within 48 hours.
• Order materials and equipment as needed.
• Communicate safety rules and regulations to the workforce and enforce compliance.
• Monitor subcontractor work to ensure adherence to specifications and schedules.
• Control material and equipment wastage on site.
• Monitor and analyze labor attendance and productivity metrics.
• Assist in preparing look-ahead schedules and updating project progress with the Electrical Manager/Project Engineer.
• Maintain site image in accordance with company standards and policies.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly progress reports, including progress photographs.
• Translate look-ahead programs into working schedules for site staff.
• Maintain a digital photo database of the site for records and marketing needs.
• Conduct daily meetings with site supervisors to organize work scope for the day and upcoming days.
• Record changes related to As-Built Drawings for projects.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural).
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Arabic.
