Job Description

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients, understanding their unique staffing needs and building strong relationships.
  • Source and screen top-tier talent through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide detailed candidate profiles to clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to provide informed recommendations to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide timely feedback to both clients and candidates.
  • Assist in the preparation of client proposals and presentations, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Leads will be shared and need to call our clients (company HRs) for acquiring fresh deals and maintaining exiting clients.
  • Need to telecall the candidates based on the requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or client-facing roles, ideally within a Recruitment Agency.
  • Freshers can also try, provided they have strong acumen.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Showcase a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various roles.
  • Possess fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Basic Tamil, with Strong written and verbal skills in English.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Possess a proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preference will be given to a Female candidate with a dependent visa.
