Job summary

A leading company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with at least 7 years in HR fields. The role involves talent acquisition, payroll processing, and data analysis. The candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English and proficient in advanced MS Office and ERP systems.

  • Coordinate talent acquisition processes and HR administration.
  • Manage payroll data analysis and documentation.
  • Create and maintain HR data analysis dashboards.

Job description

  • Payroll Data Analysis

  • Training Coordination
  • HR Data analysis Dashboard and reporting
  • Translation from English to Arabic and vice versa

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Graduate : Bachelor's degree in human resources or finance / accounting.
  • Experience : Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar field, mainly HR generalist profile.
  • Experience in processing payroll.
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Mandatory Fluency in English and Arabic : Reading, Writing, and Speaking
  • Excellent correspondence skills in English and Arabic.
  • Technical skills :

Proficient in Advanced MS Office, especially MS Excel (all functions, Conditional Formatting & Formulas)

  • Working experience in ERP HCM Oracle / MS Dynamics
  • Power BI.
  • Proven record of working under tight deadlines.
