We at Aspire Middle East are hiring for a Joinery Technical Draftsman role with a leading retail joinery and interior fit-out company based in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings based on BOQ, tender drawings, and specifications for retail projects
• Translate architectural plans into clear technical drawings for joinery production and on-site execution
• Provide precise joinery detailing including materials, dimensions, hardware, and wood specifications
• Ensure drawings reflect correct joinery techniques and installation procedures
• Prepare cutting lists and coordinate with production teams.
• Maintain high drawing accuracy and alignment with site conditions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in retail fit-out and joinery projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Creo or SolidWorks is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on drafting experience within a joinery production environment.
