Our bartenders have the basics down, but are constantly on the look-out for new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests’ evolving needs. They are not just beverage enthusiasts, but also hosts of the space. Their role extends beyond the bar to take ownership of guest service broadly and do what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They will build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and meet our guests’ needs. They should be passionate about guest service, detail-oriented—from handling money and providing information to maintaining drink quality.

No matter the position, critical success factors include creating a safe workplace, following policies, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet and moving around, and will need to perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching, including moving objects up to 25 pounds. Performing these duties well is essential for delivering excellent guest experiences and supporting our business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education : High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience : At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience : None.

License or Certification : None required.
