Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in Italian cuisine within a restaurant.
• Practical knowledge of pizza preparation, dough handling, fermentation, and baking.
• Experience with pasta, sauces and other Italian dishes.
• Strong food safety, portion control, and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
• Arabic cuisine experience is an advantage.
• Willing to relocate from Egypt to Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes including pizza, pasta, sauces according to recipes.
• Prepare pizza dough, manage fermentation, ensure consistency in dough quality and presentation.
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Follow standardized recipes and preparation procedures.
• Monitor ingredient usage, food waste, stock levels, and food costs.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper food storage procedures.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely orders.
• Assist with menu development, recipe standardization, and quality improvement.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional standards throughout the kitchen.
