About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of O&M Logistics to oversee the procurement, cost control, and logistical coordination for our O&M operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of logistics staff and act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost control activities, ensuring budget compliance and minimizing operational expenses.
• Allocate resources and staff to various O&M projects in accordance with project needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for O&M operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all O&M logistics activities.
• Maintain and manage material inventory.
• Coordinate logistics-related tasks, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and resources to job sites.
• Implement and monitor procedures for safe and efficient storage of materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably within an O&M environment.
• Strong understanding of cost control, procurement, and inventory management processes.
• Experience in client management and communication.
• Proficient in the use of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and effectively.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Experience in writing reports and government permits and regulations.
