Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on door-to-door and field-based sales of high-quality office furniture solutions to businesses across the region. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing B2B network to drive sales growth, build long-term client relationships, and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outdoor sales activities, including prospecting, cold-calling, and visiting potential clients in Dubai and surrounding areas to promote and sell office furniture products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, targeting offices, corporate clients, and related industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customized proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in outdoor (door-to-door) sales, preferably in the office furniture industry or related fields.
  • Established B2B client network in Dubai, with a strong preference for contacts in office design, renovation companies, or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Dubai and nearby emirates.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
