Responsibilities:
Business Development / Generate Sales across ELV Segment (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, etc)
Prepare and take ownership of the annual sales & marketing plan, targets and budget
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients by providing continuous support, expert guidance, and outstanding customer service
Collaborate with suppliers/vendors during project design to ensure the preparation of a competitive and technically compliant proposal
Study latest technology trends and evaluate new products
Prepare and deliver technical presentations
Prepare and implement business plans for new products/segments
Requirements:
Proven track record in Business development/Sales of ELV systems including CCTV System, Access control, and Structured Cabling and Public Address/AV systems
Large ELV System project management experience of not less than 4 years
Experience in developing full-scale project plans & preparation of commercial proposals and technical specifications
Experience in managing all phases of projects from inception through completion
Proven ability to manage sub-contractors/consultants
Proven experience in developing and managing project communication plans
Highly organized, with solid time management skills and acute attention to detail
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Prior experience in UAE mandatory
UAE Driving license is mandatory
