Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their preferences and budget.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Bafleh Jewellery's product range, including materials, craftsmanship, and design trends, to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals, contribute to product merchandising decisions, and participate in promotional activities.
Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, sales reporting, and cash handling.
Greet the Customer:
Welcome customers to the Jewellery store with a friendly and professional manner.
Create a positive first impression by providing excellent customer service.
Find the Customer Needs:
Engage with customers to understand their preferences, style, and Jewellery requirements.

Meet the Customer Needs:
