Role Overview

N Sefi Jewellery is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Factory Manager to lead its jewellery workshop operations in the UAE. This role is ideal if you’re a professional with extensive experience in jewellery manufacturing who can oversee production activities, manage workshop teams, and ensure the highest quality standards are consistently achieved.

You’ll supervise the complete production process, including repairs and custom jewellery orders, while maintaining strict control over materials, inventory, and manufacturing quality. Only candidates with previous UAE jewellery workshop or factory experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations, production schedules, and project deadlines.
• Supervise jewellers, stone setters, polishers, and other workshop personnel.
• Oversee jewellery production, repairs, and custom orders through final quality inspection.
• Ensure accuracy in gold purity, product weight, dimensions, stone setting, and finishing.
• Maintain strict control over gold, gemstones, inventory, scrap, and material wastage.
• Resolve production challenges, improve operational efficiency, and minimize rework.
• Ensure the workshop remains organized and all equipment is properly maintained.
• Prepare accurate production reports and monitor workshop performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Experience in Jewellery Manufacturing (UAE); proven jewellery workshop or factory management experience within the UAE, with previous UAE jewellery manufacturing experience mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge of 14K and 18K gold jewellery manufacturing; strong knowledge of jewellery workshop operations, production management, quality control, inventory management, and stone setting.
• Core Competencies: Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities; strong attention to detail and accurate production reporting skills.
