Job summary

JD.com is seeking an HR professional to lead People Practice programs across our UAE business unit. You will partner with senior leadership to improve relationships, culture, productivity and retention by optimizing teams, structures and processes.

You will analyze people data, translate insights into actionable initiatives, design and drive the HR Strategic Business Plan, oversee payroll inputs, MIS reporting and engagement programs, and champion innovative practices to enhance the employee

Responsibilities

• Interpret and present data and analytics to provide meaningful business insights.
• Provide HR policy guidance and ensure seamless execution of People Practice programs.
• Administer organization-wide programs like performance reviews and rewards.
• Contribute to the HR Strategic Business Plan and manage its execution.
• Create annual engagement programs with extended reach to families and alumni.
• Oversee HR Operations activities such as MIS, reports and payroll inputs.
• Keep abreast of best HR practices and drive thought leadership with innovative programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Have a pulse of the business unit and constantly think about how to improve the effectiveness of the business unit by looking at teams, structure, and processes.
• Work closely with leadership and teams to improve work relationships, build morale/culture and increase productivity and retention.
• Review and analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Interpret and present data & analytics in a way that provides meaningful insight to the business.
• Offer HR policy guidance and advise. Ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the BU.
• Administer org-wide programs like performance reviews, rewards and recognition etc.
• Take active part in the design of the HR Strategic Business Plan and manage the execution of the plan.
• Create annual engagement program with extended reach to member's families, Alumni etc.
• Effectively manage the HR Operations activities like MIS, reports, payroll inputs, etc.
• Being updated with the best HR practices across industry and create thought leadership in the HR space by implementing innovative programs
