Job description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Jazz and Technique Dance Teacher to join our team full-time in Dubai.

At Dream It Possible, the UAE’s first fully inclusive performing arts school, we are committed to providing exceptional dance education in a nurturing and supportive environment. Our students range from beginners to advanced performers, and we work with children, teens, adults, and people of determination across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Jazz and foundational technique classes (including leaps, turns, strength, and flexibility) across a range of levels and age groups
• Choreograph dynamic routines for performances, showcases, and special events
• Develop clean technique, musicality, and performance quality in students
• Prepare students for competition routines or assessments where applicable
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that supports individual growth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical and performance background in Jazz and related styles
• Experience teaching technique classes (e.g., corner work, drills, across-the-floor)
• Confident choreographer with creative vision
• Passionate about developing strong, expressive dancers
• Comfortable working with diverse groups, including students of determination
• Positive, professional attitude with strong classroom management skills
• Valid driving license
