Job summary

PayTech Nexus Ltd. seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead the Jaywan integration within the Digital Banking division in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 8-12 years of technical project management experience in banking or fintech, with proven expertise in payment systems integration.

The incumbent will coordinate with IT Operations, Compliance, and external vendors, ensuring governance, security and regulatory standards are met while delivering planned milestones on time.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of technical project management experience in banking or fintech.
• Proven experience in payment systems integration.
• Experience with card schemes and payment platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Jaywan integration project delivery from planning to closure.
• Coordinate with IT Operations, Compliance, and external vendors.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage technical dependencies across systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and resource allocations.
• Lead architecture design and feasibility assessments.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Prepare progress reports for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with UAE Central Bank regulations.
