Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• L2/L3 production support experience with Java microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Orkes Conductor or Netflix Conductor is mandatory.
• Strong Java 8+ and Spring Boot experience.
• Strong Spring Cloud experience and microservices architecture knowledge.
• Experience with REST APIs and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab or GitHub Actions experience.
• Banking domain experience.
• Notice period 0–30 days.
• Must strictly meet mandatory technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java microservices and orchestration tooling.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Java-based applications.
• Collaborate on workflow orchestration using Orkes Conductor or Netflix Conductor.
• Develop and maintain microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Design, implement and expose REST APIs.
• Work with Kafka and RabbitMQ for messaging.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support deployments and releases in CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, optimize performance, and collaborate with banking teams.
