Java Integration Developer

Job Description

Solution Design and Development:

1. Work closely with IT and development teams to design digital solutions tailored to the insurance and broking industry.
2. Define system solution specifications as required and create wireframes or prototypes as needed.
3. Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and standards.
4. Develop business processes on No Code platform for projects and functionality.
5. Proficient in java programming in developing business processes on No code.
6. Proficient in mongoDB technology.

Business Stakeholder Communication:

1. Act as a liaison between insurance and broking teams, IT departments, and other relevant stakeholders.
2. Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes effectively.
3. Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and align on project goals.

Regulatory Compliance:

1. Stay informed about the latest industry regulations and compliance requirements.
2. Ensure that digital solutions adhere to all relevant insurance and broking regulations.
3. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns.

Enterprise Architecture and Change Management:

1. Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to integrate digital solutions using IServer tool.
2. Ensure that the digital solutions align with the enterprise architecture framework and standards.
3. Update all assets, business processes, architecture diagrams on every initiative and keep the Iserver updated.

API Development and Integration:

1. Design and implement RESTful, SOAP according to best practices and project requirements.
2. Maintain and optimize integration solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
3. Monitor and test integrations to ensure data accuracy and successful data transfers.
4. Work with frontend and backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Must Have

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
2. Skilled in java, MongoDB and SQL skills.
3. Experience in working on any ESB such as Mulesoft, TIBCO and API gateways etc.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a committed, collaborative, fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge on Enterprise Architectures.

Qualifications: Preferred

1. Knowledge of insurance and broking processes and regulations.
2. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
3. Project management experience is a plus.
