We are seeking an experienced Java Back-end Manager(Onboarding Manager)- Arabic speaking who has 8+year's of experience in backend software development, preferably with Java and Oracle. with a strong techno-functional background and backend engineering expertise (preferably in Java) to lead and manage the onboarding of sub-platform teams into our digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business, development, and onboarding team, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with onboarding standards, policies, and checkpoints.

1.Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding activities related to sub-platform teams.
2.Introduce and guide teams through the onboarding process, clearly communicating technical, procedural, and business requirements.
3.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align onboarding tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
4.Oversee support readiness, including knowledge transfer, access provisioning, and system handover.
5.Provide overall sign-offs for onboarding completion, including pre- and post-implementation checkpoints.
6.Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of onboarding milestones.
7.Work closely with project managers and platform leads to ensure successful onboarding outcomes.
8.Document onboarding procedures and continuously improve onboarding frameworks.
Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2.8+ years of experience in backend software development, preferably with Java and Oracle.
3.Strong functional understanding of platform onboarding and system integration.
4.Proven experience in managing cross functional engineering team for delivery of technology solutions.
5.Solid business analysis skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6.Exceptional people management and stakeholder communication skills.
7.Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is essential.
8.Prior experience working in government or large enterprise environments is a plus.
9.Strong communication and documentation skills
10.Preferred Certifications:
·PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
·Business Analysis or Agile certification
·Java or relevant technical certification
