Job description

5 years of experience in a relevant technical position within large organizations, specializing in Java Application support.

Excellent knowledge of infrastructure performance tuning and optimization.

Strong experience troubleshooting REST APIs and microservices, preferably in a fintech or banking large-scale deployment environment.

Knowledge of supporting Red Hat OpenShift container platform and Docker containers. Experience with Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS is a plus; relevant certifications would be advantageous.

Strong Linux administration support and diagnosis skills; Linux certification is a plus.

Experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Splunk, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of security best practices, including IAM, KMS, encryption, PKI, SSL, TLS, etc.

Experience with API gateways (such as 3-Scale, APIgee, WSO2) for microservices architecture, either in administration or engineering roles.

Experience working with ticket and incident management systems like BMC Remedy, JIRA, or similar tools.

Experience with deployment automation and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Nexus.

Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL processes.

Familiarity with Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.

Proficiency in Unix command line operations.
