Overview
Senior Test Engineer (Arabic & English) - Test Genesys DTMF IVR and AI conversational IVR for Banking Project
Responsibilities
- Execute test cases for Genesys-based contact center solutions (eg. DTMF IVR, routing, Conversational IVR, agent desktop reporting..)
- Validate Call flows, routing strategies, and IVR prompts against business requirements.
- Perform testing of voice, and digital interactions across channels and platforms
- Collaborate with developrs, and business teams to understand requirement and resolve issues
- Conduct regression testing after system changes or upgrades.
- Use tools such as Genesys Cloud, GC Admin, and other CX Tools for testing and validation
- Log, and track defectsusing tools like JIIRA, and participate in defect triage.
- Prepare test plan, document and report
- Support UAT and production validation efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
Essential skills
- Strong understanding of Genesys architecture, including routing, IVR and Speech analytics
- Hands on experience in testing Conversational IVR
Desired skills
- Good at developing testing dashboard, tracking bugs in JIRA..
- Good knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools
- Strong analytical and comminications skills
- Exposure to Automation tools such as Selenium, Cyara..
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure
Experience
- 3-6+ years of manual and automated QA experience for contact center technologies
