Massaraa is seeking a Nursing Director to lead nursing and related services across three regions, ensuring regulatory compliance, patient safety, and clinical effectiveness. The role oversees workforce planning, resource management, and quality standards within IVF services.

The successful candidate will develop nursing strategies, support patient experience, and foster staff education and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and valid license or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience (e.g., Unit Manager/Deputy Nursing Director).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in IVF.

Aufgaben

• Lead, motivate, develop, and engage the nursing team across three regions.
• Promote quality and patient-centered care culture and implement the nursing strategic plan.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and clinical requirements.
• Manage patient safety, IPC, clinical risks, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Plan staffing, workforce competencies, and budgeting for nursing resources.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, regulators, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor patient experience and satisfaction, drive improvements.
• Support staff education, mentoring, and professional development.
• Drive quality improvement, clinical excellence, and standardisation in IVF services.
