Job Description

The IV Support Executive contacts and qualifies clients who have purchased investment travel packages, focusing on ensuring their participation in upcoming investment trips. Responsibilities include assessing potential investors, addressing travel concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth travel arrangements. The goal is to maximize client participation within the current month and ensure they are well-prepared for their investment visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Qualification

    • Contact and confirm clients booked for travel.
    • Assess potential investors based on financial profile, occupation, investments, and suitability.
    • Verify clients meet financial requirements for the trip, including reservation fees and initial payments.
    • Understand clients' investment goals and motivations.
    • Ensure decision-making authority or relevant parties' participation for the trip.
    • Encourage clients to travel promptly after purchase.
  • Investment Trip Preparation

    • Clarify client expectations for the investment trip.
    • Explain the two-day itinerary and its purpose.
    • Create urgency through discounts and limited availability.
    • Promote ongoing investment promotions.
  • Internal Coordination & Payment Processing

    • Work with Travel, Tele-Sales, and Property teams to enhance client experience.
    • Resolve pending payments for tickets, visas, etc.
    • Ensure collection of necessary documents and matching payment receipts.
