Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in ITSM/ITIL leadership in large enterprises.
• Proven ability to establish ITSM frameworks and achieve process maturity.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven product development and cloud platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and implementation of ITIL-based processes across the enterprise.
• Drive end-to-end ITSM transformation aligned with ISO/audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and Customer Success teams.
• Provide leadership for continuous service improvement with KPIs and governance metrics.
• Influence cultural change and standardization across global teams.
