A leading consulting firm in process improvement is seeking an experienced professional to analyze operational processes and implement improvement strategies using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma. The role involves conducting training sessions and managing change initiatives. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and experience in process improvement methodologies.
Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement; implement process improvement strategies using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, with crossfunctional teams to design and document new processes, process performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
Facilitate training sessions for staff on new processes and best practices; conduct workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and promote a culture of continuous compliance with industry standards and regulations in all process implementations. Manage change initiatives related to process improvements, including communication plans and stakeholder engagement.
Required Experience: IC
