Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, access points, firewalls, CCTV, and security control systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware/software problems.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.
