IT Technician

Job Purpose:

To support the organization’s IT operations by developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software applications and systems, ensuring smooth and efficient technological performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software programs and applications.
• Provide technical support for software-related issues and help resolve programming errors.
• Maintain and update internal systems, websites, and databases as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and software upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware problems as required.
• Document system configurations, updates, and programming changes clearly.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of data during software development and maintenance.
• Support end-users by providing guidance and training on newly developed systems or applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or programming
