We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Talent Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will beresponsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technologyprofessionals across various domains such as software development, dataengineering, cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud, and IT support. You will play acritical role in shaping our tech team by identifying candidates who are notonly technically proficient but also a cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate withhiring managers and technical leaders to understand hiring needs and rolerequirements
- Proactively sourceand engage candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub,Stack Overflow, job boards, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes,conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and softskills
- Manage full-cyclerecruitment process including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback,and facilitating offers
- Build and maintain astrong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Create and postengaging job descriptions tailored to specific IT roles
- Utilize and maintainApplicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Stay up to date ontrends in the tech industry and the competitive landscape for talent
- Track and report onrecruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source of hire)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent workexperience)
- 2+ years ofexperience in technical recruiting, ideally in an in-house or agencysetting
- Familiarity with ITroles and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Agile)
- Experience withsourcing tools, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday), and CRMplatforms
- Stronginterpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to managemultiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Passion fortechnology and talent acquisition best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experiencerecruiting for both full-time and contract IT roles
- Technical backgroundor certifications in recruiting or HR (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter,SHRM-CP)
- Previous experiencehiring for product-based or SaaS companies
