Job summary

Cloud Spaces, a premium workspace provider, is seeking an IT Officer to maintain and optimize IT systems across our environment. You will support staff and clients, ensure network security, manage software and hardware upgrades, and oversee data backup and recovery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and a minimum of four years' experience in IT support or related roles, including helpdesk experience. Join us to keep operations secure and efficient.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or technical roles.
Experience in IT helpdesk support preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and connectivity.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize computer systems, including servers, PCs, printers, and security software.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and test backup processes and data restoration.
Monitor systems for upgrades or replacements.
Install and maintain networks, servers, and applications.
Enforce security programs and password policies.
Provide desktop support to staff and clients via in-person, phone, or remote desktop.
Assist with roll-out and testing of new applications and technologies.
Liaise with external vendors for hardware and software support.
