Job Description

KILONEWTONS is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist with at least 5 years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows/Linux OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and backups.
  • Assist in IT asset management and procurement.
  • Support remote and on-site employees with technical issues.
  • Document IT processes and create user guides.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and antivirus management.
  • Basic understanding of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or ITIL are preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
