IT Support Specialist


Recruiting for IT Support Specialist to provide technical support, resolve hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. The role includes troubleshooting, system maintenance and delivering excellent customer service to users.


Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support for software, hardware, networks, and user devices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system communications failures and conflicts.

  • Deliver user guidance across diverse applications and operating systems.

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and PC configurations.

  • Restore and configure multiple PCs via image backup solutions.

  • Support IT equipment during events, seminars, and video conferences.

  • Document, track, and resolve tickets through helpdesk systems, escalating where required.

  • Handle sensitive or confidential data securely while resolving user issues.

  • Collaborate with senior technical support and wider IT team.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in technical/software support.

  • Strong knowledge of computing systems and information systems.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of service.
