Job Description

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and IT equipment.
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and security tools.
  • Ensure regular backups and restore operations are functioning correctly.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support and procurement.
  • Document issues, solutions, and procedures for knowledge-sharing purposes.
  • Support IT projects and upgrades across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in IT Support or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and IT systems.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).
  • Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
