It Support Executive (Healthcare)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving processes.
2. Reporting & Presentation:
- Prepare clear and concise reports in both Arabic and English tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Design visually appealing presentation materials using tools like PowerPoint or other visualization software.
- Present findings to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and business goals.
- Translate technical data into business insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all materials, reports, and presentations are accurately translated and culturally adapted for Arabic and English speaking audiences.
- Act as a liaison in meetings and workshops requiring bilingual communication.
Requirements
- Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling.
Languages:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a data analytics role.
- Experience preparing and delivering bilingual presentations is highly desirable.
