Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
2. Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving processes.

2. Reporting & Presentation:

1. Prepare clear and concise reports in both Arabic and English tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
2. Design visually appealing presentation materials using tools like PowerPoint or other visualization software.
3. Present findings to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients ensuring clarity and engagement.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and business goals.
5. Translate technical data into business insights to support strategic decision-making.
6. Ensure all materials, reports, and presentations are accurately translated and culturally adapted for Arabic and English speaking audiences.
7. Act as a liaison in meetings and workshops requiring bilingual communication.

Requirements

1. Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
2. Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
3. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling.

Languages:

1. Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
2. Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
3. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience:

1. Proven experience in a data analytics role.
2. Experience preparing and delivering bilingual presentations is highly desirable.
