The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, basic cybersecurity knowledge, and experience in handling IT-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, servers, and applications.

- Troubleshoot system errors and performance issues to ensure minimal downtime.

- Assist in managing IT security protocols and data protection measures.

- Support end-users with troubleshooting requests and IT-related inquiries.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance overall system efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related IT field.

- 2-4 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
