About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer support, system integration, and advanced technical guidance for our partners and clients. You will act as the first point of contact for B2B customer inquiries, manage support tickets, and work closely with development and product teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for B2B customer support requests, handling and resolving tickets via HubSpot and other ticketing platforms.
- Provide timely, efficient troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues.
- Support a variety of hardware and software environments, ensuring smooth operation and integration.
- Lead testing, integration, and implementation of new sensor technologies, as well as POS/BI and ERP integrations.
- Ensure accurate sensor calibrations, system configurations, and integrations.
- Deliver advanced backend training and onboarding sessions for customers and partners to maximize use of our platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles for both internal teams and external partners.
- Work closely with development and product teams to troubleshoot, test, and integrate new solutions, ensuring seamless deployments.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement, innovation, and process optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively learn and adopt emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in IT support, system integration, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira).
- Experience with ERP, POS, BI systems, and sensor technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
