We are looking for a young, passionate IT Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder with strong experience in both Windows and Mac environments.
To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, or similar certifications are a plus. If you are naturally a problem solver, enjoy assisting people with computer issues, and can explain technical details in a clear and simple manner, we would love to meet you.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience (mandatory).
Since this is a junior role, younger candidates are preferred.
Strong experience working with Windows and Mac systems.
Hands-on experience with Windows servers, virtualization, cloud services, IT security, backup scenarios, and disaster recovery solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, document solutions, and provide excellent client support.
Willing to work with multiple clients and travel for projects if required.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, handling troubleshooting, issue resolution, technical documentation, and proactive support.
Additional certifications in Apple, Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies are a plus.
Experience in cloud technology and data loss prevention software is a plus.
Prior experience with Helpdesk applications and RMM tools such as Ninja is a plus.
