Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is vital in maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT systems, ensuring seamless technology support for all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using Windows Active Directory.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery protocols are up to date.
• Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and security patches.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of internal applications and software.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and problem resolutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support services when required.

Requirements:
