Role: IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal teams and customers via phone, email, or on-site.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems.
  • Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets.
  • Assist in maintaining company networks, servers, and security protocols.
  • Support e-commerce systems and ensure smooth operation of online sales platforms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement new systems and updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support or related role (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
  • Familiar with printers, scanners, routers, and other peripherals.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
