Fika Consultancy is seeking a skilled and resourceful IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and a passion for resolving IT issues efficiently, helping maintain a smooth and secure IT infrastructure for daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment.
  3. Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
  4. Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance checks.
  5. Troubleshoot system failures and identify root causes for issues.
  6. Maintain IT documentation, including user guides and system configurations.
  7. Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
  8. Assist in setting up new user accounts, email configurations, and system access.
  9. Liaise with external vendors for technical support and equipment procurement.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and common office software.
  4. Experience with servers, routers, and backup solutions is an advantage.
  5. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
