Job description

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist in security administration activities such as user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention, and asset management.
  • Develop and implement access control workflows.
  • Handle inquiries from internal users and manage SLAs.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up laptops and user accounts.
Technical skills & experiences required:
  • General IT operations experience.
  • Helpdesk services experience is a plus.
  • IT certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1 year IT experience preferred.
  • Experience with G-Suite, OKTA, Windows, and basic iOS knowledge.
  • Experience in physical office setup is a plus.
