Job Description
· Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination.
· Manage and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
· Provide basic IT support (hardware/software troubleshooting, printer setup, password resets, etc.)
· Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary
· Maintain office equipment and oversee inventory of IT supplies
· Support onboarding of new employees, including setting up workstations and email accounts
· Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Desired Candidate Profile
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
· Proven experience as administrative assistant
· Strong understanding of office IT systems and support tools (Windows, MS Office, email clients, etc.)
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
