Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and configure workstations for new employees, including hardware, software, and network access.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve common Microsoft product issues (Windows, Office 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
3. Provide first-line support for IT-related issues (hardware, software, and connectivity).
4. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure regular updates and maintenance.
5. Assist with user access management (password resets, account setup, etc.).
6. Support and maintain local network infrastructure (basic troubleshooting, patching, etc.).
7. Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security standards.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
2. Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, Fortinet NSE) is a plus.
