Job Description

• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other office IT equipment
• Provide technical support to employees across departments (software, hardware, and network issues)
• Manage company email and user accounts (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook)
• Ensure data backup procedures are in place and functioning
• Install and update software, antivirus, and security patches
• Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and track usage
• Liaise with external IT service providers and vendors as needed
• Develop basic IT policies for hardware usage, data security, and password management
• Provide support during onboarding/offboarding of employees (device setup, account access, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in IT support or similar technical role
• Familiarity with basic networking, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and cloud platforms
