Responsibilities

- Maintaining hardware and peripherals such as printers and scanners.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
- Documenting issues and compiling diagnostic reports to track incidents.
- Ensuring security measures are maintained to prevent data breaches.
- Coordinating with external vendors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Conducting system audits and backups to safeguard data integrity.
- Training staff on new software and updates in IT procedures.
- Monitoring IT infrastructure performance and managing resource availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role.
- Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of network technologies and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical details.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
- Strong customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
