Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our project site team. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware software and network issues.
• - Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other IT equipment.
• - Monitor and maintain project site network infrastructure including routers switches and firewalls.
• - Assist in the setup and maintenance of project site servers and databases.
• - Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
• - Train project site staff on basic IT skills and best practices.
• - Keep accurate records of IT equipment and software inventory.
• - Communicate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• - Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking.
