About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor EUS to join the IT Operation Engineering & Support team
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
- Supervise the Helpdesk and PC Technician teams to ensure prompt resolution of service requests and incidents
- Monitor ticket queues, assign tasks, and ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for escalated issues
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to EUS staff
- Schedule shifts and manage coverage to ensure 24/7 support availability
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer service excellence
- Oversee troubleshooting of hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base updates
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes including device provisioning and access setup
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, data protection standards, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with IT Compliance and Security teams on access control and risk mitigation
- Generate performance and incident reports for management review
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements
- Participate in planning and execution of IT projects impacting end users
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 4–6 years in IT support roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Experience in hospitality or integrated resort environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Basic understanding of networking, endpoint security, and device management
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools
- On-site role with shift-based scheduling, including weekends and holidays
