Trump International, Dubai is a luxury golf club in the heart of Dubai’s DAMAC Hills. The club features an 18-hole Championship Standard Course, a 9-hole floodlit par 3 course and a variety of world-class amenities that cater to every member of the family.

Trump International Golf Club is looking for an IT Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

Job Purpose:

The IT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring that technology systems and teams function efficiently and effectively. This role involves supervising technical staff, managing IT projects, ensuring network and data security, and providing support for system upgrades and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the IT infrastructure and applications
• Ensure that network and servers are running at optimum operation
• Ensure maintenance servers is completed effectively including backups and patching
• Setup, administer and support PC’s and Servers
• Provide L1 and L2 support for network equipment
• Coordinate with Corporate Infrastructure team for infrastructure L3 and L4 support
• Complete L1 support and administration for applications
• Coordinate with vendors for applications support
• Coordinate with engineering team for any cabling/power issues/work
• Provide onsite support during working hours (5 days a week, 8:30am to 6:00pm)
• Provide remote support after working hours in case of minor business impact
• Provide onsite support after working hours in case of major business impact
• Coordinate with Corporate IT Security for any IT security matters
• Follow corporate IT policies and procedures throughout the IT operation without fail

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT technical operation
• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related degree from university
• Excellent Communication (Verbal & written) skills.
• Fluent in English
