Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced IT Store In-Charge to manage IT inventory, supervise store operations, and ensure proper issuance and control of IT equipment and accessories.

You will maintain accurate stock records, coordinate with procurement and IT departments, conduct regular stock counts, and prepare monthly inventory reports for the Accounts Department. UAE experience is preferred and strong Excel/ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as IT Store In-Charge, IT Storekeeper, or IT Inventory Controller.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, computer accessories, networking equipment, and spare parts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
• Strong inventory control, documentation, and stock reconciliation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the storage, organization, and safekeeping of IT equipment, accessories, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Ensure proper documentation for issuance, receipt, return, and transfer of IT items.
• Coordinate deliveries, monitor stock replenishment, and follow up with suppliers and the procurement team.
• Track IT equipment usage, maintain asset records, and report stock discrepancies or damaged items.
• Prepare and submit monthly inventory and cost reports to the Accounts Department.
• Coordinate with the IT Department to ensure timely availability of required equipment and supplies.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
• Maintain records of equipment serial numbers, warranty details, and asset allocation.
• Ensure proper authorization and documentation for all inventory movements.
