Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and manage LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and asset inventory.

Apply for IT (Software Engineer) at Enerco Group, Inc. in Fujairah, FU, AE. This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. Seeking a versatile IT Software Engineer to lead two critical areas of our business: our internal technology infrastructure and our external digital presence. You will manage our on-premise servers and upcoming ERP implementation (Focus X.2), while simultaneously driving our brand visibility by managing our corporate website and social media channels.

1. ERP & Server Management (Primary Focus)

• Server Infrastructure: Manage and maintain the on-premise hardware, operating systems, and associated infrastructure required for the Focus X.2 ERP deployment.
• Database Administration: Oversee the installation and maintenance of databases (SQL), ensuring data integrity and optimization.
• Security & Compliance: Take full ownership of data privacy and system security (firewalls, intrusion detection, and access controls) for our on-premise environment.
• Technical Administration: Serve as the internal Technical Administrator for the ERP. You will undergo "Train-the-Trainer" sessions provided by the vendor and cascade this knowledge to internal teams.
• Backup & Recovery: Implement robust backup strategies to ensure business continuity.

2. General IT Support

• End-User Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees (Laptops, Desktops, Printers).
• Network Management: Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN configurations to ensure stable connectivity between our HQ and site offices.
• Asset Management: Track and maintain IT inventory and licenses.
• Onboarding: Set up workstations and user accounts (Email/AD) for new joiners.

3. Digital Presence & Web Management (Marketing)

• Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring high performance, mobile responsiveness, and up-to-date content.
• SEO & Analytics: Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and monitor website traffic/analytics to optimize performance.
• Social Media: Manage Enerco’s corporate social media profiles (Eurostaffs, etc.), creating and scheduling professional content to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Digital Branding: Ensure a consistent brand image across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in IT Software or System Administration.
• ERP Knowledge: Experience supporting ERP systems is a must. (Experience with Focus Softnet / Focus X products is a major advantage).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Windows Server environments, SQL Database management, and Network Security.
• Web Skills: Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.), basic HTML/CSS, and SEO best practices.
• Communication: Strong written English skills for content creation and social media management.
• Location: Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.

Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
