We are seeking a dedicated, experienced IT lead to deliver exceptional support and continuous improvement at our Facilities Management and Fit Out subsidiaries. You will be an all-rounder combining applications management and core IT support experience. You will have excellent business relationship management skills to liaise with, analyse and translate business needs to solutions in our ERP, CAFM and other key business and IT solutions. You will be a proactive professional able to well manage a variety of new projects, support needs and continuously improving service delivery.

Some of the key skills and experiences required

• Must have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a focus on Procurement, Finance and Projects
• Must have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM Field Service or similar as required in a CAFM / Facilities Management or engineering services delivery environment
• Must have some exposure to Digital Technologies including Mobile App and Website development or deployment
• You understand the underlying data, Business Intelligence, and reporting needs (Power BI)
• Managing IT support processes and continuously improving IT service delivery
• Creating plans, applications, and IT improvement roadmaps in partnership with the business managers and users
• Working with and managing ERP or other IT staff and vendors
• You have used modern PM tools like Clickup, Monday.com, Asana or Jira / Confluence etc.
• You have strong communication skills - oral, verbal, and excellent presentation skills.
• You have strong PowerPoint skills, designing and delivering presentations.
• You can create excellent dashboards to report on software delivery and project status.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
